Catherine graduated from Cardiff University with First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2010. She has since worked in the UK and NZ in a wide variety of area including musculoskeletal, burns and plastics, paediatrics and orthopaedics. Catherine has worked with a number of elite athletes including Welsh 2nd division rugby teams, the Italian ski team and most recently as a massage therapist for the All Black and Wallabies during their test match in Dunedin. Catherine uses a combination of manual therapy and exercises to facilitate recovery to full fitness and get patients back to their previous activity as quickly as possible.
Catherine is ambitious and has completed a marathon and climbed Mt Kilimanjaro. She also enjoys kite surfing and skiing.
